Placing an Order
PPI accepts purchase orders via phone, fax, email, or any major medical distributor:

M-F 8a-5p EST. Fax orders may be sent at any time. A member of PPI’s Customer Service team will confirm these orders during our business hours of operation.
A minimum order quantities may apply.
Customer Service authorization is required for all product returns. Please contact Customer Service to receive your return authorization number.
Only sealed, complete, non-custom cases in good condition.
The applicable restocking fees will apply.
